Hi, my name is Cijo Cyril, s Web developer, Ecommerce sites designer and SEO Specialist based in India. I'm passionate about creating modern, elegant, functional websites. When building a website I use pencil and paper to create rough sketches, Photoshop and Illustrator to create visual design. Dreamweaver or Notepad++ to create semantic XHTML and CSS.
Presently handling various web designing projects on my own and also rendering service to different companies in India as well as abroad. I like to make all my designs as simple, practical and logical as possible and if I manage to make them look great too then I feel I've succeeded. I'm really not a 'wow' kinda guy, but I do create stuff that works nicely and looks good. To quote Charles Mingus, "Making the simple complicated is common place; making the complicated simple, awesomely simple, that's creativity".
My interests lie in computer graphics and web designing. I am good in painting and drawing, which is the sole platform for me in computer graphics. I have won many prizes for drawing and painting in school, college, district, state and national level. My best friend Shafeek and Adel Khadar (Technical support royal comission - www.rcjy.gov.sa) are my role models. I am thankful to their valuable support. Other people who need special mention are my friends, Vinitha Vijaykumar, Jithu, Reka Hasini, Jincy, Prajeesh, & Liji.They are my inspirations for the exposure to the world of web and graphic.
About my paintings...I started painting and drawing when I was very young, but never had any real formal training in this (although I intend to, at some point). So I just bought some books, read some articles on the internets and of course had lots and lots of practice. I don't really plan to sell my paintings, I just want to give them away to friends and family or to people who'd enjoy having them. You can view some of my paintings here. In my free time I like walking around, exploring and taking photos. I'm definitely just an enthusiast photographer,reading old detective books, watching a good movie, hanging out with my mates, cooking, taking care of my flowers, learning life , traveling pretty much sums up the remainder of my time.. and other boring stuff like that :).
